• Analysis of existing structures, constraints, the requirements and preferences of the Project Owner Manager
• Feasibility, pre-project and project studies

DESIGN
(MOP law : PRO and ACT) :

• Drawing up and tracking of administrative authorizations
• Drawing up of construction contracts, assistance with tenders and selecting companies

CONSTRUCTION AND MONITORING
(MOP law : VISA, DET, OPC, AOR) :

• Monitoring of work, with worksite meetings
• Management scheduling and work coordination
• Schedule and budget monitoring
• Assistance with structure commissioning operations and throughout the period of guarantee.
